Step1
Buy a router, from your local Electronics store (BestBuy,CircuitCity, Radioshack, etc.) Shop around for great prices. "G" routers are about $40.

Go home and open the box.

Pull out all contents to see what is included in the package.

There should be the router itself, an RJ45 cable, and the power supply. There is also the manual, and the software, but you will not be needing those for a hotspot.
Step5
Plug the power supply cord into an outlet and into the back of the router, if the router lights up, it's working properly, now unplug it.
Step6
Find and inconspicious are to place your router, Take an RJ45 cable that is connected to a modem and plug it into the port that says "Internet"

Plug in the power to you router, and wait 15 seconds.
Step8
Now take some aluminum foil and fold it into squares, Crumple it slightly an open it back into a square. Mould the aluminum foil, into a size "c" bra, and fold in the edges to make it a semi-sphere.
Step9
Next take scissors and cut slits directly across eachother. And place them on the antennas (insert the antennas into the slits)
Step10
Turn on your Computer, Turn on your wireless radio, and you'll see a list of wireless connections you have seen in the past. Clear the list, and check for avalible wireless networks. The router will have a default name, which is the brand name of the router.
Step11
Connect to that network, and you will have blazing fast internet; fast as or even faster than an RJ45 connected to your computer!

Apparently, this is a great way to save such of an enironment because if every house on one block had a router, we'd make an extra four tons of carbon dioxide each month. Plus sharing is caring!

If someone logs into your network from home and performs anything illegal it is YOU who will take the rap, not them as the lawyers of whomever will not care what computers logged onto the netowrk; just that you are responsible for it.
Panara and McDonalds manage this by having the users click a disclaimer and then logging their computers information to immediately directly legal responsibilities to you.
