Step1
1. At the cancer institute they discovered that 100% of all breast cancer patients, none of them have iodine in their systems. The most enriched form of Iodine is seaweed. With all of the sushi sales in the past few years more and more people are eating seaweed so that will help allot.
Step2
2. Deodorant is a major factor also. Try to only buy deodorants that have contain no aluminum. You are rubbing aluminum into your arm pits daily, and that metal is good for no one ever! Only get deodorants that say deodorant and if it says antiperspirant then never buy it.
Try not to cook with aluminum, throw away any Teflon pans that you own- and only use Iron pans.
Step3
3. If you get pregnant then please nurse your baby if you are able. Try to nurse for at least 6 months. It is healthy for the baby and it will greatly reduce your risk for getting breast cancer. Studies show that longer you nurse the less likely you are to get it.
Carrots and fish help prevent breast cancer
MONTREAL, CANADA. gigp.com Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Canadian women. In 2002, about 20,700 new cases were diagnosed and 5,400 women died from the disease. Many studies, most of them inconclusive, have been carried out to seek correlations between diet and the risk of breast cancer. Researchers at the University of Montreal now report that a diet rich in carotenoids and fish oils may reduce breast cancer risk. Their study involved 411 French-Canadian women diagnosed with breast cancer and 429 matched controls. All participants completed validated food-frequency questionnaires in face-to-face interviews. The interviewers found no overall correlation between carotenoid intake and cancer risk; however, they did find intriguing correlations in subgroups of women.
Among premenopausal women who were now smoking or had smoked in the past, a high intake of alpha- carotene was associated with a 2.4-fold increase in cancer risk. Among postmenopausal women total intake of carotenoids was associated with a 1.92-fold increase in risk if combined with a high intake of arachidonic acid. However, if a high intake of carotenoids was combined with a high intake of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), a main component of fish oils, the cancer risk was cut in half. These associations remained after adjustments for other known breast cancer risks such as age at first full-term pregnancy, history of breast cancer in first-degree relatives, history of benign breast disease, number of full-term pregnancies, and martial status.

on 5/29/2008 Aluminum has not been linked to breast cancer, that is myth, although it is possibly linked to Alzheimers. Breast feeding is definitely proctective for the moms and babies when they're older.

on 8/11/2007 This video has nothing to do with the topic. I doubt you know a cure or prevent for cancer.

on 7/23/2007 What does your video have to do with the article? It's pretty cool, but I doubt it will prevent breast cancer... ;)
