Step1
Muffin Recipe: Mix 2 1/2 cups Whole Grain Muffin mix with 1/2 cup of naturally sweetened dark chocolate chips. Next, add 1/4 cup of canola oil and 2 whole eggs to the muffin mixture.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Grease a muffin pan and put about 1/4 cup of the mixture into each cup holder.
Step3
Bake the muffins for about 25-35 minutes. Check to see if the middle is cooked all the way through by using a tooth pick.

Waffle Recipe: Mix together 3/4 cup of Whole Grain Waffle Mix, 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of Skim or Soy Milk, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp of Canola Oil, 1/4 of blueberries or dark chocolate chips.
Step5
Preheat the waffle iron and grease with a non stick spray like PAM. When hot, pour about a 1/4 cup of the mixture into the iron, close and wait until the batter turns a golden crispy brown. Serve with REAL maple syrup.
