Step 1
Clean the environment to be treated (i.e. wipe off hard surfaces, vacuum, etc).

Spray or Fog liberally the area to be treated. Treat all fabrics (including drapes, seats, curtains, mattresses, headliner, lamp shades, etc.). Spray behind any appliance that has a fan or air-moving device if in area of contamination (i.e. refrigerator, dryer, computer, stereo, etc.)

Step 3
Treat the A/C or HVAC:
In Living Areas- 1. Turn a/c unit off. 2. Spray registers or vents. 3. Remove air filter. 4. Turn the a/c unit on. 5. Spray liberally into the unit's air-intake vent so that the product is being moved throughout the entire duct system. Continue spraying until the product can be detected coming from each of the vents throughout the system. 6. Replace air filter.
In a Vehicle- turn the a/c on (recycle mode) and spray product into the air-intake. Repeat, if necessary. -
Step 4
Once product has dried (one to three hours depending on application), windows and doors can be opened to allow fresh air ventilation.

Step 5
This product will continue to work in carpets and fabrics for up to 24 hours. Since complete odor elimination may not be accomplished in the first application, wait 12 to 24 hours before re-treating an area. Re-treat only the areas where odor is still detected. (See image.)

on 11/25/2007 Although ozone is somewhat effective in regards to odors since they are already in the gas-phase, it is absolutely ineffective at getting rid of the tar residue that emits the malodorous gas through the decaying process. So, ozone is, at best, only temporary. However, Vamoose 1808T not only eliminates the malodorous gas (volatile molecules) that are in the air, it also eliminates the tar residue that causes the odor in the first place. on 9/27/2007 Rather than using a chemical consider using a shock treatment ozone generator (rent one) that produces over 3500 mg/h. The ozone will oxidize the harmful stuff and revert back to oxygen leaving behind no chemicals.
