Difficulty: Easy

Step1
In toe raises, you must stand regularly, and then rise up onto the tips of your toes. Then lower back down.
Step2
Don't just rock up and down, do it slowly (not too slowly) but steadily. You should repeat this exercise 30-50 times.
Step3
This will help you build your leg muscles which will in turn improve your game.
