Tips & Warnings:

  • Prepare your ingredients ahead of time.
  • Almost any leftovers that you have can become a quiche.
  • You can freeze any leftovers and they will reheat just like the first day you made it.
  • Make sure to preheat your oven to the desired temperature before placing the quiche into the oven.
  • Wait at least 25 to 30 minutes before you check the pie.
  • Make sure you let the pie set for 5 to 8 minutes before slicing to allow for the proper firmness.
Step1
Preheat your oven 350 to 375 (ovens vary).
Step2
While your oven is pre heating gather all off your ingredients.
Step3
Lightly coat your pie dish with cooking spray. Roll pie crust into pie dish and pinch your crust so there is no excess crust on the edge of the dish and put to the side.
Step4
In a large bowl mix your eggs and milk, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Step5
Pour mixture over crust and add extra cheese on top if you prefer. Add your salt and pepper to taste.
Step6
Place into the oven in the middle of the center rack.
Step7
Bake 35 to 45 min. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
