Step 1
Stand in front of your dog, and put the collar on your dog.

Step 2
Say your dog's name, and promptly give the command 'SIT'.

Step 3
Reward your dog with lots of praise and treats.

Step 4
Repeat. Do this for about 5 minutes a day. Your dog should be sitting on command within 3 days.
