Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Preheat your oven 350 to 375 (ovens vary).

  2. Step 2

    While your oven is preheating gather all off your ingredients.

  3. Step 3

    Lightly coat your pie dish with cooking spray. Roll pie crust into pie dish and pinch your crust so there is no excess crust on the edge of the dish and put to the side.

  4. Step 4

    In a large bowl mix your eggs and milk, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly, pour mixture over crust and add extra cheese on top if you prefer. Add your salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Step 5

    Place into the oven in the middle of the center rack.

  6. Step 6

    Bake 35 to 45 min. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
