Forgot to pick up some Hershey chocolate sauce at the store? Here is a quick and easy recipe to make your own mouth watering hot chocolate sauce.
Put the custard powder, cocoa powder and sugar into a pint sized jug. Mix evenly.
Pour in a little of the milk and mix until the dry ingredients have dissolved.
Add a little vanilla essence.
Pour in the remaining milk, and mix thoroughly.
Microwave for about 4 minutes, mixing once half way through the cooking.
Once cooked, carefully pour over the desert of your choice.
