I’m Lorelie, and this is how to make chocolate ganache for éclairs. This is the easiest and most delicious chocolate glaze to use for your éclairs. You can also use it to fill in frosted cake, or to use for chocolate truffles. Start by combining 12 ounces of semisweet or bittersweet chocolate with one cup of heavy cream in a double boiler over simmering water. At this point, you can add one and a half tablespoons of corn syrup or your favorite flavoring, such as rum or brandy. Now, for your final step, take your éclair and dip it in the chocolate. Now, it’s ready to eat! This chocolate ganache is so delicious and so easy to make! It’s literally two ingredients. You will so impress your friends with this!
