Hi, I'm Patrick Coll, and I'm here today to talk about how you set up iMessages on your iPad. So you may have just got your iPad and you have realized that you can use it for texting to other iPads or other iPhones or people with Macs, you can use it for sending text messages which is really convenient. Let me show you how you set it up. The first thing that you need to have is an iCloud account. So let me just step back here, go to iCloud, once you have an iCloud account, sign in with that and your iCloud account is what you are going to need for messages. So after that we go to messages, you turn on iMessage at the top and you see here send and receive, these addresses are what it uses to communicate and your phone number can be one of those addresses as well as your email and then you can go ahead and use messages or send an iMessage to another iPhone to an iPad or to a Mac, really really handy and really easy to set up as you can see. And that's how you set it up, that's how you set up messages on an iPad. I'm Patrick Coll. Hope this has been helpful, thank you for watching.
