Hello, my name is Janet M. Taylor. And today, I am going to discuss how to pack for moving in a hurry, and I’m going to talk about three areas. The first is your books. You want to use small boxes that are easy for you or others to transport, and place your books in those boxes. The second area is, of course, your clothes, and you can keep them on the hanger, but cover them with either a bag you’ve gotten from the cleaner’s, a bag you may have gotten from a department store, or a garment bag, and they make them easy to transport as well. And then, the other area is, of course, your drawers. You can take your duffle bag, or any bag, and just put your t-shirts, your shorts, your sweats in those bags for easy transport, and to make your dressers a lot lighter to transport as well. And, the last area is the kitchen. You may not have the bubble wrap or the peanuts, but use towels, use sheets, use sometimes your dish cloths or dish towels to pack your glasses as well as your dishes so that they won’t break in a move. My name is Janet M. Taylor.
