Hi, I'm Chef Cassy, and this is how to make chili in a Crock-Pot for six people. Chili is an awesome dish to have on a cold day, it makes you all warm and cuddly inside. It's very easy to make because it's simple and you throw all of your ingredients in one pot. And when you come back a few hours later, you have dinner. We're going to start with two cups of water, going right into the Crock-Pot. Then we're going to add some ground beef that I previously browned. Then we have a little bit of red pepper. Then I'm going to add two tablespoons of tomato paste. I have a cup of chopped onions as well as a cup of bell pepper. I have some diced tomatoes. We're going to add approximately two teaspoons of cumin, a cup of chicken broth. This is approximately three-quarter cups of chili powder. This is a teaspoon and a half of paprika. We have two teaspoons of minced onions and two teaspoons of minced garlic. And approximately a teaspoon and a half of salt. Go ahead on and stir your ingredients all around, stir it together. And you're going to let this cook in your Crock-Pot on low for approximately six hours. After six hours, your house is going to be filled with the aroma of this beautiful homemade chili. Enjoy.
