Hi, this is Charles Henson with Nashville Computer. Today, I'm going to show you how to connect a USB camera to a MacBook Pro. The reason you might want to do this, is if you want a higher quality camera that comes on a MacBook. Or maybe the MacBook Pro camera isn't working for you, it's a little fuzzy, something's going on with it. And this could be a replacement camera for you. So, the first we want to do is, we want to go ahead and plug up the USB camera. And for the purpose of this video, I'm going to just show you in Skype how to make the changes. While Skype is highlighted, click on Skype in the upper left hand corner. And then, choose preferences. Once you choose preferences, you'll see on camera that you have the option to choose between the Logitech camera that just installed or the FaceTime camera that comes pre-installed on a MacBook Pro. So, we can switch between the two cameras, see which one we like better. And again, this works with pretty much any program that you want to use. Whether it's GoToMeeting or some other type of software that you're using for video conferencing. So, in this video, we're just showing you how to use Skype. So, once you choose the camera that you want. You're ready to make calls with this camera and you should be good to go.
