Hi my name is Luke and this is how to select all files for attachments. If you would like to attach multiple files to an email at once, you can do this in almost any email program but I'm going to show you how to do it in Microsoft Outlook. First let's start by opening up Outlook. Once it's open we are going to create a new email and then we are going to go to attach file. Now the files in question that I would to attach are on my desktop. So what I do is navigate to them, I click one and this would be the way you would normally attach one file but if I'd like to attach multiple, I hold control and then I click the second file I'd like to attach. Now you can see that two files are highlights. If I hit insert, you will notice that both files get attached. This same method works for almost any email client that you may be using. And that's it.
