Hi my name is Luke and this is how to paste a picture into Outlook. If you'd like to paste a picture into the body or the message of your email instead of attaching it like a file, what you can do is go to the picture in question, right click and hit edit. This will open it up with Microsoft Paint. Hold control and press A. This will select all. Now right click and hit copy. This will copy the image to the clipboard. Navigate over to Outlook, open up a new email or an already existing email you want to send and in the body of the message, hit control V. This will paste the picture right into the email instead of attaching it as a file. And that's it.
