Hi, my name is Luke, and this is how to set a background. If you want to change your background in Windows, what you can do is go to the Desktop, right-click anywhere that's not a file, scroll down to personalize and left-click. This is the dialog for personalizing your computer. Right in the bottom here you will see Desktop background. Left-click it. Here is where you can change your Desktop background. This drop down gives you a few different options for picture location. You can make your Desktop background a solid color or you can choose from some of the Windows Desktop backgrounds. You can also set it from top rated photos or from your own picture library if you want to set a picture of a family, friend or loved one. I'm going to choose one of the top rated photos and select Kuala bears. If I select it and minimize, it will give me a preview of the desktop background. However, if I want to actually change it, I have to make sure I hit save changes down at the bottom. Now when I X out of the program, this will be my new desktop background. And that's it.
