Hi, My name is Luke and this is saving scans as PDFs. Sometimes you'd like to have your scans saved into PDF format. The simplest way to do it is to check your scanner and see if it has a scan to PDF option. If it does select this or make sure that it's set. Because this will be the easiest way to make your scans come in as PDFs. If not however, your document might come in as a file format like jpeg or a png or anything else. If you'd like to turn these into PDFs what you can do is download CutePDF writer. It's free off the Internet from CutePDF.com. Go to the free download link, download and install. Once installed go to the scan document or image that you want to turn into a PDF, right click, go to print and then under printer make sure you select CutePDF writer. Hit print. Give it a moment and a dialog will appear of where you want to save your new PDF. Hit save and in a moment you'll see a PDF of your document or image. And that's it.
