Hi, my name is Chef Syd Marshal, and this is "jasmine rice with coconut milk and pineapple." Jasmine rice is a fragrant rice that comes from Thailand. It has a really nice flavor and a kind of floral smell. In our rice maker, we're gonna start by adding two cups of jasmine rice, one cup of coconut milk, two cups of water. Then, we'll start our rice cooker. This should take about 15 to 20 minutes. Once it's done, we'll let it sit with a cover for another 10 minutes. Then, we'll fold in some grilled pineapple that we've diced up, along with some toasted coconut. And, there you have it, jasmine rice with coconut milk and pineapple.
