Hi, my name is Christina, and this is food for a two year old baby. At two years old, your child is able to eat pretty much anything that you eat although you want to make sure they are eating a healthy diet. At two years old your child is no longer limited by the texture of something. They can eat chips, carrots, a wide variety of foods. Generally whatever you are serving for your family is what they can eat. Just be careful to look at what you are serving your family and make sure you are feeding them a wide variety of healthy foods. Of course not everything has to be healthy, there's room for treats. But in general, day in and day out, what they are eating are fruits, vegetables, whole grains, high quality dairy, healthy meals with new foods added in. The earlier you expose your children to a wide variety of foods, the more likely they are to not be picky eaters. A great way to help them enjoy new foods is to mix it with a familiar food. Cutting up zucchini and making it nice and small and soft with peas is a wonderful way to introduce them to summer squashes. It can be tempting to over think it and be overwhelmed by meal planning for a full family but it's best to keep it simple and fresh. Thanks for watching.
