This is Doreen Fang, and today I'm going to show you how to make an easy one dish meal with a spicy or smokey sausage. This dish will make you so happy because you're only gonna have one pot to use, alright? So I'm gonna put kielbasa, I'm actually gonna put some crushed red peppers to give it that extra kick, and there's gonna be like cheesy, pasta, marinara goodness all in one dish. Alright, you're gonna get a nice big saute pan with a cover. You're gonna go ahead and add your olive oil in there, get it nice and hot. Then you're gonna add your crushed red peppers. You're gonna saute that just for a couple of minutes, just so that it releases all of the heat. We're gonna put in a pound of kielbasa, saute that, add the onions, get it nice and golden, maybe four to five minutes. After that's kind of gotten a little bit brown, you're gonna add your minced garlic. Don't let the garlic burn, so just saute it quickly, maybe for about a minute or so. Then we're gonna go ahead and pour in the chicken stock, marinara, and we're gonna put some heavy cream in there as well, and of course 8 ounces of pasta. Add your salt and pepper, salt and pepper right here, and then just stir it all up. You're gonna cover that up, and you're just gonna let it simmer for about 15 to 17 minutes or until it's nice and tender. After it's all done, you're gonna go ahead and get your mozzarella, and you're just gonna pour it inside there, and you're just gonna let it melt, and just mix it all up so it's nice and oozy and gooey, and then, that is your one pot easy easy spicy or smokey sausage dish.
