This is Chef Doreen Fang, and today I'm going to show you how to make a simple bean dip with Ro*tel tomatoes and corn. Now, this is gonna be something almost like a hummus, but I've added the little touch of the tomatoes and the corn, which makes it a little bit unique, and the lemon in here, and the garlic, is just gonna bring a little bit of zestiness and freshness. I'm gonna take one can of beans and I'm gonna put that in the food processor. I'm gonna add the two cloves of garlic, the one and a half tablespoons of olive oil, the one tablespoon plus two teaspoons of lemon juice, and cumin, one quarter teaspoon, and I'm gonna put that all inside the food processor. I'm gonna go ahead and blend that. Alright, now that it's all blended, I'm actually gonna go ahead and take it out of the original bowl and put it into a medium size bowl. Here, I'm gonna go ahead and add the Ro*tel tomatoes, the corn, the lemon peel, and I'm gonna season that up with salt and white pepper. We'll go ahead and mix that all up. Once I taste it for the seasoning, it'll be all ready to serve. When I'm serving it, I'm gonna go ahead and dish it up into my favorite dish, and I'll pour a little bit of olive oil on it and sprinkle it with a little bit of hot Hungarian paprika, just for a little kick, and serve that with pita chips.
