This is Chef Doreen Fang, and today I'm gonna actually show you how to make an easy Spaghetti Carbonara with bacon and sour cream. So Spaghetti Carbonara what goes in it. It's either typically bacon or pancetta and it's actually made with egg and cheese and a lot of times people might not be so crazy about it because the egg is not fully cooked but today just make sure wherever you're at use eggs that don't have any salmonella contamination. Alright, make sure you have your spaghetti noodles already premade and ready-to-go just follow the instructions on the packaging. Next you're gonna go ahead and get a nice sauté pan nice and hot and you're gonna add your onions and your bacon and you're gonna go ahead and you're gonna cook that and while that's cooking, in a separate small bowl on the side we're gonna add our eggs, our Parmesan and Romano cheese blend, the sour cream, salt and pepper, and we're gonna whisk that all up and we're just gonna set that aside. Once the onions and bacon are ready we're gonna go ahead and add our spaghetti noodles into the pan and we're gonna toss that up so it's all completely covered. After it is completely covered nice and hot we're gonna turn off the heat and we're actually gonna take our cheese and egg sour cream mixture and we're gonna go ahead and pour it in all over the noodles and we're just gonna toss that and remember it's off the heat. So that's why the eggs are not gonna completely cook and after you're done you're just gonna serve that immediately and of course some fresh some more fresh grated Parmesan and Romano blend right on top.
