I'm Aaron Tucker and this is how to tuck in the back of your shirt. First of all, you should tuck in the back of your shirt with the sides and the front of your shirt as well. I'm not sure why you would just be tucking in the back but to make sure that the back is completely tucked in if you are tucking in your entire shirt, you will want to start by pulling your pants down. Start and make sure your shirt is pulled as tightly as possible and pull your pants up as you tuck your shirt into the back of your pants. You can smooth it out in the back but I think it's more important to smooth it out in the front because no one is really going to see the back of your shirt but you want to make sure you really don't want to have any bulging. If you do have any bunching or bulging, I would kind of make sure it would be more so on the sides because people are going to see you directly from the front or from the back, but you just want to use your hands to smooth out the back and you can bring the material a little bit to the sides but also use your thumbs to kind of smooth everything out and make sure you are not creating any bulges that is going to make your pants and your shirt both lay kind of weird.
