I'm Aaron Tucker, and this is "what causes laundered white shirts to turn yellow?" If you're laundering your shirts yourself, the discoloration may come from either washing them with not all white items, another color may get into the white and cause it to discolor and turn a little bit yellow, or you could be using too much bleach, which you should not be doing on dress shirts. And, believe it or not, this will also cause discoloration. If you're having your shirts professionally laundered, the yellowing can come from keeping them stored in the plastic that they're returned to you in, too long. The cotton's not gonna be able to breath, and it's going to start absorbing some of the particles from the plastic, which will cause the yellow discoloration.
