Hi, I'm Shanon Grossi, a software trainer. I'm here to show you how to add a logo to your signature in Microsoft Outlook. So I have the application open, next I will click on a new email message here in the home tab on the left and up in the ribbon in the include group, there is signature. We'll go over here to create a new signature and because it's new I'll click the new button and I can give it a name. In this case I'm going to call it logo and this area down at the bottom is where I can type in any information about my company and add a picture or a logo. So I'll click on the picture button and I will navigate to the folder where my picture is, select it and insert. This is how it will appear. I've saved it so now next is just to click okay and I can set up my email, type away and when I want to put the logo in, I can click signature, logo. I'm Shannon Grossi and that's how you can add a logo to your email in Microsoft Outlook.
