We're gonna start by taking our chicken thigh and cutting it into strips, and marinating it in a teriyaki sauce. We'll let this sit for about 15 minutes to incorporate the flavor. We'll start by taking our green onion and sliding it onto our skewer, then adding a piece of chicken, another piece of scallion, and finish it with a second piece of chicken. Then, it's ready for the grill. Grill these for about seven to 10 minutes, until they're thoroughly cooked, and then they're ready to serve. And, there ya have it, how to make teriyaki chicken and scallion kabobs.
