We're gonna start by taking equal parts of corn starch, and all purpose flour, or rice flour. We'll put this into our mixing bowl. We're gonna add one egg yolk. Then, we'll start by adding cold seltzer water to our mix, slowly incorporating it until we get it to proper thickness. You wanna use cold seltzer water because it'll help make the tempura more crisp. once it's mixed, then you can add a variety of different vegetables or meats to fry.
