Hi, my name is Chef Syd Marshal, and this is "how to make Chinese chicken with snap peas." This is a dish that we're gonna stir-fry. Stir-fry is a really healthy way of cooking because you use less oil. We'll start by putting in a little bit of sesame oil into our wok. Then, we'll hit it with some fresh grated ginger, a little bit of garlic, some peppers and onions, our diced chicken, and start to stir-fry. We'll cook this 'til it's almost done. Right at the end, we'll throw in our snap peas 'cause they will cook rather quickly, and we wanna keep a certain amount of crispness to them. And, there you have Chinese chicken and snap peas.
