Hi, my name is Chef Syd Marshal, and this is "how to make perfect Asian vegetable lo mein." Lo mein is a traditional Chinese noodle dish, done with wheat flour noodles. We're gonna start by making a lo mein sauce using one cup of chicken broth, two crushed garlic cloves, two tablespoons of oyster sauce, one quarter teaspoon of fresh grated ginger, four tablespoons of peanut oil, and four teaspoons of corn starch. We will mix these all together and heat on the stove until it thickens. Then, we'll move to our wok. For this, we're gonna use some julienned carrots, some onions, some peppers, then, we'll throw in our lo mein noodles and some snow peas. Toss for a couple of minutes, and then add our sauce, until warm. And, there you have it, how to make perfect Asian vegetable lo mein.
