Hi, my name is Chef Syd Marshal, and this is "chicken lo mein with baby bok choy." Lo mein is a traditional Chinese dish done with a wheat floured noodle. We're gonna start by making a lo mein sauce using one cup of chicken broth, two crushed garlic cloves, two tablespoons of oyster sauce, one quarter teaspoon of fresh grated ginger, four tablespoons of peanut oil, and four teaspoons of corn starch. We will mix these all together and heat on the stove until it thickens. Then, we'll start stir-frying some chicken in our wok. Once it's done, we'll add our noodles, some chopped green onion and our sauce, and toss until thoroughly heated. For our baby bok choy, we're gonna split it in half, and do a little bit of oil and salt and pepper. Then, we'll throw it on the grill for about 10 to 15 minutes, until we get a nice smoky flavor, and the cabbage has softened. Then, you can serve it with your lo mein. And, there you have chicken lo mein with baby bok choy.
