Hi, my name is Chef Syd Marshal, and this is "how to make panko chicken cutlets in the oven." Panko is a coarse ground Japanese bread crumb. We're gonna start by taking our chicken cutlet, and dredging it in a little flour that we've added some salt and pepper to. Next, we're gonna dip it into eggs that we have whipped up, and then, we will press it into our seasoned panko bread crumbs. We just seasoned this lightly with a little bit of salt, some garlic powder, and onion powder. Then, we'll take it, put it onto our oiled cookie sheet, and pop it in the oven at 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes, or 'til the chicken is completely cooked, and the panko has turned golden brown.
