Hello, my name is Michelle Brione, I'm a celebrity makeup artist and a beauty expert. And today, I'm going to tell you how to self massage your face. Now one of the reasons why you want to do this is to promote blood circulation, to get a former look, to get glow and just beautiful looking skin. So, what you want to do, one of my tips is to just pat your face all the way around, underneath your skin. And you want to do this at least, maybe 50 times a day or maybe every other day. Then what you want to do in circular motions, is just gently go around your face in circular motions, all the way to your forehead. Bring it down to your nose and then, work your way down to the chin area. This will also generate blood circulation that would also give your skin a wonderful looking, youthful glow.
