Hello, I'm Alejandro, and I'm going to show you how to create a ponytail using a hairpiece. It's quite similar to making a ponytail on your own but you can actually do it by creating some extra length or texture or color. In this case the extension actually I'm using it's not the same color or texture as her hair, I just want to show you as far as placement. So creating almost like a teardrop shape in the back of her hair, you're going to gather all her hair in a low ponytail. Sometimes there can be some knots so go ahead and brush out anything you might think that might look not smooth. Attaching with an elastic band or some sort of a hair tie is fine. The extensions can come in actually a clip, a band, a banana clip or you can actually create one such as this which just has like a little mini banana clip to it attached forward. Clip it right onto the hair itself. This will actually give you more density which is a nice thing and then the next thing you want to do is try to conceal the actual place of how the hair is adhered to the head. You can either make it tight or you can make it loose, it doesn't really matter, just as far as concealing the hair itself is what you want to do. And then grabbing the other side you can either use a hairband or you can use any sort of clip or ponytail holder just making sure that both sides are smooth. And that's how you create a ponytail using a hairpiece.
