Hi, I'm Mark Estee, and today we're going to make grilled golden trout. Simply we lay the trout out. I like to dry the trout, season it with salt and pepper, lemon, tarragon and we heat up the grill. Make sure the grill grates are clean, rub a towel on it with a little bit of oil to make sure that they don't stick. We then grill the trout on three minutes on one side, flip it over to the skin side, finish it for three more minutes, remove it to a plate, serve it with some lemon and tarragon and enjoy it for the whole family.
