Hi, I'm Mark Estee. We're gonna make four cheese ravioli with white wine cream sauce. This is a great, quick, fast, easy dish when you don't have a lot of time. You can just bake, break out a bag of raviolis, and make this delicious homemade sauce. Get a large pot of boiling water. Add salt. You really want that water to taste like seawater. That's gonna help flavor the raviolis. Add the raviolis. Cook them eight to 10 minutes, 'til they float to the top. While that's going on, we're gonna heat a pot of pot on the stove. We'll add in garlic, shallots, white wine, let that reduce. Add parsley, heavy cream, reduce that again, by half, and we're gonna finish that off with grated cheese. Let that reduce down to get a little bit thickened up. You then take out the raviolis, toss 'em together with the cream sauce, put it onto a beautiful platter, garnish with parsley, cheese, and enjoy!
