I'm Mark Estee, and we're gonna make sliced pork sandwiches on a Foreman grill today. These pork sandwiches are delicious because they have just the right amount of kick and all the kids will love them. First off, we're gonna make chipotle mayonnaise. We're gonna open up a can of chipotles, puree it up, mix it with some mayonnaise, and then we have a beautiful mayonnaise ready to go. We're gonna roast the pork tenderloin to 160 degrees. We're then gonna let that cool and meanwhile we're gonna open up our bread, lay on some of that mayonnaise, put on the sliced, thinly sliced pork loin, a piece of pepper jack cheese, pickles and we're gonna then fold that over and put it inside the Foreman grill for three minutes. Toast it nice and toasty, take it out, give it a slice and serve it fresh and warm.
