Hi, my name is Luke, and this is how to print in black and white on Word. If you'd like to print something in black and white using Microsoft Word, the first thing you're going to need to do is go to the document in question, click on file in the top left and go down to where it says print. Under the printer that you are going to choose to print to, click printer properties. There's a tab at the top that says color, left click on it. Here you can change things like default print settings or color options. If you'd like to print in black and white, make sure it says print in gray scale. You can see the icon to the right here changes to black and white. Then click okay. Then click print as normal and you will now print in black and white. And that's it.
