Hi, I'm Bill Sheehan. Do I feed a torch coral? It's a commonly asked question about corals. I don't suggest feeding any corals, especially a hard coral like a torch coral, or any of the euphyllias. Target feeding can cause a lot of damage to the coral. It can pollute the coral, itself. It can also pollute the tank that they're in. The best way to feed your coral is to let it photosynthesize with the light and let it catch the particles of food that come out of the fishes gill rakers after they've eaten. So, to answer the question, no, you do not feed a torch coral.
