Hi. I'm Ula Robertson Neumann, chef and owner of At Your Service NY Catering. Today, I'm going to show you how to use leftover steak for a different meal. Steak is a wonderful leftover to have and so versatile to be cooked in something else. So, I preheated my wok to medium heat and I'm now adding the oil, just about two tablespoons. Then, I add the veggies and the onions, so now add the garlic. So, this is the beef stock. So, I'm now adding the sweet chili sauce. So, I add the meat now and only heat it through, salt and pepper, very little salt as all the ingredients have already been salted. So, I like to serve the leftover steak over pasta or rice. I'm Chef Ula Roberson Neumann and I just showed you how to use leftover steak for a different meal the Ula-la way.
