Hi, I'm Ula Robertson Neumann, chef and owner of At Your Service NY Catering. Today I'm going to show you how to make mini fries. Now you might ask why mini fries, yes sometimes we have small potatoes and you have no other choice than making mini fries. So I cut up three small potatoes and in sticks. They will taste just like regular fries, however they will be crunchier as they are smaller. So the potato sticks are going into the deep fryer which has been pre-heated to 350 degrees. If you don't have a deep fryer in your home you can also use a deep frying pan or a wok to do the same thing. So after five minutes this is how our mini fries look. So I'll let them drain a little bit then I put them in a bowl. Okay toss them around a little bit. I'm Chef Ula Robertson Neumann and I just showed you how to make mini fries the ooh la la way.
