Hi, I'm Ula Robertson Neumann, chef and owner of At Your Service NY Catering. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a turkey and Stilton lattice. This is a great way of using some leftover turkey and create a wonderful new dish. I start by adding the turkey to the whole puff pastry sheet. So then I add the Muenster cheese and I tear it in half. And the Muenster will help to bind things together before you put the Stilton on. So then I take My Stilton, then I start by adding the strips, a sheet of puff pastry cut up in strips. We have to weave it a little bit, o.k. Press it don on the sides and bring up the bottom a little bit. Just brush it with a little bit of egg white. It will go in a 375 degree for about 10 minutes.
