Hi, I'm Elise Wright. There are so many different kinds of nail polish on the market, sometimes it can be overwhelming. We're going to show you some of the coolest types of nail coatings so your next trip to the drug store is a little easier and a little more fun. We have Sally Hanson extreme wear in the spotlight. This is a super fun holographic glitter but the glitter pieces are long rectangles instead of the usual round glitter. This looks great over any color. We have Essie set in stone from their effects collection. This is a silver glitter but the glitter is all different sizes which creates a beautiful effect. This looks good on any color but looks particularly great over black or gray polish. Kiss Pure shimmer is another great effect polish. This is a very fine silvery white top coat that transforms whatever it goes on top of creating a pearlescent shimmer effect. Try this over a deep red for the look of velvet. For something a bit fun and out there try Sally Hanson's fuzzy coat. You can wear this on its own or with a base color and it creates a really cute different look. You can get really creative with Zoya pixie dust. It's a full coverage polish or you can layer it on top of a complimenting or contrasting shade. It dries to a sand like finish which can feel a little weird on your nails but the glitter effects catch the light beautifully. Finally you can transform any nail polish with a matte top coat. It's the new classic. Create a matte finish on your nails or pair it with glossy top coat to create cool nail art designs. All of these polishes are affordable and available at drug stores. So it doesn't require much effort to change your manicure up with a fun nail coating.
