Hi, I’m Elise Wright. I’m here with celebrity manicurist Gerry Holford, and we’re going to show you how to mix two nail polishes to create your own custom color. Firstly, let’s start with the tools you need: a piece of foil, a Q-tip, an old nail polish brush, some basecoat and topcoat, some nail polish remover with acetone, and the two colors you are going to mix. Drop a blob of each of the polishes you are mixing onto your piece of foil, and blend them together with your Q-tip. You’ll want to work quickly, as the polish will start to dry. Once you’re happy with your color, grab your polish brush and start painting. Remember the ratios you use, so that you can recreate it when you run out. Finish off with a topcoat, and you’re done!
