Hi. My name is Luke and this is how to stop found new hardware messages. In Windows when it's text in a new piece of hardware oftentimes it'll prompt the user with a found new hardware message. Some of these are necessary and informative like when you plug a flash drive or a CD into the computer, a found new hardware message will appear in the bottom right hand corner. These I do not recommend you stop because they inform you as to whether or not it's successfully installed. Here's an example of what one might look like. However, due to faulty device drivers you might be getting this message even if you don't have a flash drive or CD installed. The way to disable these is by clicking on the start bar in the bottom left corner, scrolling over to computer, right click, go to manage. This will open up a prompt where we can access the device manger. Click on the device manager in the left. Here you'll see a list of installed device managers in your machine. If you see any with a yellow question mark that looks like this you may want to disable them to get rid of the found new hardware message. The way you can do this is by right clicking on the driver and then clicking disable. Do not click on install otherwise it will permanently remove the driver. And that's it.
