Hi, my name is Brian, and this is how to type the backwards question mark. Now in certain foreign languages like Spanish, there is a special question mark notation that is not readily available on the regular keys on a keyboard. So how do you type that? Well you're going to have to use what's known as accent codes. Now these are keyboard shortcuts that you can type in on your computer to make different accents and symbols appear. So for a Mac I can type the upside down backwards question mark by going to shift and holding down option and then the question mark key and there you go. Now it's a Spanish upside down question mark. On a PC it's different. You have to hold down alt and then type 0191 on the keypad. That's how you do that. Now if you want to see different types of accent codes you can go to this great website, symbolcodes.tlt.psu.edu and it shows you all the different symbol codes for Macs and PCs.
