I'm Parker Pierce and this is how to crop out another person in Paint. If you are cropping someone else out of your image there can be many reasons for that. But I'm assuming it's probably because you have that guy in your image. Grabbing the selection tool you can make a box around the said person and can remove him that way by pressing delete. Often this isn't going to be a clean fix because of photo textures and what not. Instead we can select everything in the photo that we do want and crop that image instead. Photoshop has tools for removing and editing subject matter in a photo but programs like Paint cropping is as good as you can get.
