This is Parker Pierce and here is how to make sweet eyes in MS Paint. If you don't have access to a more commonly used up program like Photoshop you can still sketch in MS Paint. It' may not have Alpha and Blending like the other programs but you can still make some good sketches. I'm going to show you an example with an eye. Grab the brush tool and use a light gray. We'll start by sketching the sphere base for the eye. Then move up to the top crease of the eyelid. Once that is finished sketch the top and bottom lid and bottom crease. Next move on to the brow shape. We can draw can draw in the iris, pupil and the side of the head. Keep in mind the 3-D form of the construction. The eye is a sphere, not a circle and the lids have their own thickness. When you have all of your under drawing made you can use a black line to add in the main details. You can manually pick a variety of grays in Paint and they will help you draw the eye. Color highlights on gray scale images are also a fun thing to try.
