Hi, this is Michael Ballon from Castle Street Cafe and today we're going to make the classic Asian dish of chicken sauteed with sesame oil, ginger and garlic and it's the quick way to make food the oriental way. Trimming excess fat off of some chicken breasts and cut in to very thin pieces. Heat a wok or a large skillet with sesame oil and when very hot add chicken to the pan and stir well for about two minutes. Then add the broccoli and red pepper to the pan and continue to stir well. When the chicken is almost done, add the minced onion, garlic and ginger. If these are added too early, these ingredients might burn. Dissolve the corn starch in to the soy sauce and stir well so there are no lumps and add to the skillet along with the pineapple juice. Finish wish a splash of sherry and serve over rice. There's almost no fat in this dish, just the sesame oil so with the addition of the vegetables this is a really healthy way to have an Asian style dinner.
