Hi, my name is Chef Ben Diaz, and today I'm gonna show you how to make a frosting that molds to a cake. The reason is, it's a great, simple frosting to use for cakes, small desserts, cupcakes, cookies, or what have you. So, first, we're gonna start with half a cup of butter. Next, we're gonna add another half a cup of powdered sugar. We're gonna use our paddle attachment on our Kitchen Aid. Finally, we're gonna put it on medium speed, so about level four or five. We're gonna mix our mixer for about two to three minutes. Next, check your mixer for consistency. If you need to, add an additional minute to the speed. Finally, pour out your mold, and what you have is a great, simple, delicious frosting that you can mold to any cake, cupcake or cookies. Enjoy!
